Our Texan model comes with steel siding, steel framing and a wood floor over steel floor joist. This combination is the best for the southern U.S., it is cooler in the summer and is termite proof. The all steel model carries our best warranty ( as long as you own it ) see warranty for details. You may order this building with wood framing and wood siding and a shingle roof. The side wall height is 6' and the peak height is 7'-8"

Our standard model comes with steel siding, steel framing, steel roofing, steel floor joist and a wood floor. Hard board sidings are available on wood studs for the same price as steel. We would be happy to quote a custom design for you.
