Secure Ordering:
Greenhousebuilder utilizes patiostore.com / The Backyard Store's
Secure order system.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), is the standard security technology
for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.
This link ensures that all data passed between the web server
and browser remain private and integral. SSL is an industry
standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection
of their online transactions with their customers. In order
to be able to generate an SSL link, a web server requires an
SSL Certificate. We use XRampSSL which is used to create secure
links to protect transactions, passwords, personal details,
and more.
All of your personal information (including credit card numbers)
will be encrypted and then transmitted from your browser to
the e-commerce system securely. This information is only viewed
by us. You will notice that it takes just a moment to connect
into the secure area and that there is a small lock icon on
the bottom right of your browser whenever you are prompted
to enter information.
Credit Card Information:
Our credit card processor checks the billing address of your
credit card account and the CVV2 code on the back of your
card. If all the information does not match, we will contact
you for verification.
The Order Process:
Online orders are encrypted on our secure servers and transferred
to our order system via SCP ( a secure data transmission
system). Our order department will review your order before
it processing. If there are any problems, or extended delays,
we will notify you as soon as possible.
Your credit card will be billed at the time your order enters
the shipping process in our warehouse or is sent to a vendor
for factory-direct shipment.
Some items are custom made and/or cut to order and may have
extended production times. Custom orders are charged at the
time we place your order with the factory.
We do our best to keep up with stock status at the factory
yet sometimes we are not notified of backorders. You may be
billed ahead of shipment in this event on factory direct shipments.
We will notify you of any backorder status as soon as we receive
the information.
Cancellations :
Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the order has not been
processed by our order department. If your order is already
in the shipping system, you will be responsible for all actual
shipping charges incurred. We will make every effort to cancel
your order at your request.
Returns (30 day Return Policy):
Notify us within 30 days from the date you receive your order
if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately,
we are not able to accept returns after 30 days. We will happily
refund the purchase price, minus all shipping charges and any
manufacturers re-stocking fees. Re-stocking fees may be waived
if you exchange the items for store credit, are exchanging
for another item and the item(s) are in re-sellable condition.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and
will work with you to get you the perfect items for your growing
needs.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEX, DHL or freight truck depending
on the size of the product ordered.
Freight truck shipments: large orders delivered via freight
truck are often times large, bulky and heavy. It is recommended
that you have 2-4 people to assist in unloading the truck.
The truck driver is not required to unload the merchandise
for you, though most are helpful. We offer a "white glove" delivery
service on seleted items. The white glove service will deliver
the items, unload them into your garage or back yard and remove
any packing debris. Someone must be home to receive delivery
of truck shipments. The freight company will call you to arrange
