The following policies apply to all patiostore.com owned web sites

PRIVACY:
  Your privacy is of great concern to us at the Patiostore.com. We only collect information you voluntarily provide when you e-mail us or place an order. When you make a purchase we collect your name, billing address for the credit card, card type, card number and expiration date. We also collect information to allow us to ship your order. This includes your e-mail address, street address & phone number plus the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient.  Any information is used by the Backyard Store stores and our distributors only for the limited purpose of fulfilling your order. We may use your information for future marketing from our company owned stores. We do not sell any information you provide to any third parties.
COOKIES & COMPUTER INFORMATION:

  Patiostore.com may collect certain technical information from your computer when you visit our site. This includes your IP address, operating system, browser type and the address of the referring web site. We only collect this information to compile statistics about our guests and their use of our site. This information is only used internally to improve your shopping experience and is never sold to any third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

    The security of your personal information is important to us. All Patiostore.com owned sites use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt all order information before it is sent over the Internet.  Patiostore.com has obtained a digital certificate from Xramp, a leading provider of Internet trust services. This certificate is listed under the URL of Patiostore.com which is our parent web site. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure form to a Patiostore.com web server.

SALES TO CONSUMERS AND BUSINESSES:
    Consumer pricing is posted on most Patiostore.com web sites, there are a few exceptions where you must call for a quote on certain items.  For large orders or for business resale, please call 1 888 814 7531 or e-mail us for pricing.
ITEMS NOT PRICED ONLINE:
    Pricing is not shown on some brands of patio furniture. These items are normally special ordered according to your choices of fabrics and paint finishes. This creates more complicated pricing because of cost differences on grades of paint finish and different fabric grades as well as on the large selection of table styles that go with the different seating pieces. For pricing on these items, please call or e-mail us.
CATALOG REQUESTS:
   We do not send paper catalogs. There is more information on our web site than in the product brochures that we have. We are more than pleased to answer any questions you have by e-mail or by phone if you need an immediate response. LOGOS & TRADEMARKS:
    Trade marks, logos, trade style and trade names are the property of the respective companies that we represent and all rights are reserved by them. We use them only to identify the companies and their products.
COPYRIGHTS:
   This web site is copyrighted and may not be duplicated by any means. The name brands, different company logos, trade marks, trade dress and trade names used on our web sites are used to sell the particular products of the copyright holders and they remain the property of their respective companies.
RETURNS: RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
    Patiostore.com accepts returns on non-custom items ( i.e.. any item which there are no options available - if you can choose frame color, fabric, stain etc.. then that item is not returnable) from any company owned store displaying the Patiostore.com logo or name. To request return authorization, call our customer service department at  1 888 814 7531 or e-mail them at custserv@patiostore.com  for return authorization.  See our return policies for details and charges pertaining to returns.

REFUSALS AND CANCELLATIONS:
  • Cancellations: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for all shipping charges (both ways) incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refusal of shipment: If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery & storage charges incurred and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom orders may not be canceled.
  • Top Secret Lingerie products: You have 3 days to cancel your order from the time you place your order.
WARRANTIES:
   All warranties of the manufactures are passed on to you and they are responsible for them. We will assist you with warranty claims. Manufacturers who do not have customer friendly warranties are dropped from this site. Patiostore.com has a good customer service track record and works at maintaining it.
Product Pricing:
   All pricing published on any patiostore.com owned web site is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the web site up to date and checked for errors however, sometimes mistakes do happen. Patiostore.com reserves the right to correct published and quoted pricing at any time.
