One of
the most common and painful workplace injuries is Repetitive
Strain Illness (RSI). Wrist injuries are prominent in many RSI
cases. They are due, in part, to improper positioning of the
forearms, wrists, and hands while performing keyboard strokes.
Use of quality wrist/palm supports helps the operator to perform
these strokes more comfortably. Sunway has developed a line of
products that have proven to meet the ergonomic needs of the
operator. Sunway’s Premier strip style pads are manufactured
with specially molded foam or gel padding. Gel pads are a combination
of molded foam and gel type foam that provides firm, but responsive
support. They are great for desktop or keyboard tray applications!
All strip style pads may be ordered with non-skid or permanent,
adhesive-backed bases and fabric or vinyl coverings (please
specify). In addition, Sunway offers specialty contoured
wrist pads to fit the pre-keyboard areas of the Natural or Elite
keyboards from Microsoft®. These specialty pads curve and
bend to cover the undulating shape of the keyboards.
